All workshops run from 6.30pm – 9.00pm and include a short coffee break.

Come and join these workshops run locally by an experienced Clinical Psychologist. These workshops will include an element of teaching alongside interactive exercises and discussions, ensuring you leave with some key ideas and tips to try out. There will opportunity to bring your own dilemmas and ask questions.
